These terms apply when you use manji.ai and its subdomains. Manji Intelligence is a trade name of StarterNode LLC ("Manji", "we"), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, U.S.A. Contact: [email protected].

Our services

Manji builds and runs AI-powered websites, assistants ("Envoys") and related systems for businesses. Paid services are provided under the agreement you sign with us (including its Schedule A of services and prices). If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think it has been used without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, infringe others' rights, or attack, overload or try to get around the security of our systems.

AI output

Our assistants use AI models. Their answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it; they are not legal, medical or financial advice.

Payments

Prices, billing and renewals are set out in your agreement and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Ownership

The site, our software and our brand belong to StarterNode LLC. What you give us stays yours; you let us use it to provide your services.

Disclaimers and limits

Except where your agreement says otherwise, our website and free tools are provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, U.S.A., where StarterNode LLC is registered.

Changes

We will post any change here with a new effective date.
